About the Chef!!!

Chef Beatrice Asonganyi was born in Cameroon. There she started cooking at the age of 7. Beatrice later moved to the United States were she graduated from Rogers C. Sullivan High School (the North Side of Chicago). Beatrice was inspired by her mother to cook. With the continual passion of cooking, Beatrice continued her education at "Le Cordon Blue Culinary Institute of Chicago." One of the top culinary institutes in the country. She spent spent several years perfecting her culinary skills which includes working for well-known companies likes The Hilton hotel, Palmer House Restaurant Lockwood, Big Jones restaurant and the Intercontinental Hotel, all of them being in the Chicago land area.
